Please read these Subscription Terms thoroughly and carefully. These Subscription Terms establish the conditions under which you access our learning materials. If you have any questions, contact us through the Support Center.
These Subscription Terms are incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions of Doodle Escape and form part of the agreement between you—as a user of our website or mobile application—and Doodle Escape.
1. Trial
We may offer a paid trial subscription for services provided through our Website and/or our App. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will automatically be charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the chosen subscription period, and the trial will convert to a subscription.
2. Subscription
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (for example, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, or another period based on the option selected at the time of purchase) until you cancel.
3. Payment Method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase upon confirmation. You authorize us to store your payment data as necessary to provide our services and to automatically charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
4. Cancellation
Canceling your trial or subscription will disable automatic renewal, but you will continue to have access to all subscription features until the end of the current period. Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
If You Purchased via:
- App Store: Cancel by turning off auto-renewal via your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.
- Google Play: Cancel by turning off auto-renewal via your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.

Our Website: Cancel your subscription via your profile.
- iOS Device: Open the Doodle Escape app, go to your profile, and select Subscription to disable auto-renewal.
- Android Device: Open the Doodle Escape app, go to your profile, and select My Subscription to disable auto-renewal.
- No App Installed: Open your web profile, navigate to subscription settings, and disable auto-renewal.
5. Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes by posting the new prices on our app, sending you an email notification, or using another prominent method. If you do not agree with the new fees, you must cancel the subscription prior to the change taking effect.
6. Refunds
These refund rights and conditions apply in addition to your rights under applicable law. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at CustomerCare@DoodleEscape.com so we can work together to find the best solution.
For App Store Purchases: If eligible under Apple’s refund policy, please request your refund directly from Apple by following their refund instructions.
For Website Purchases: If you purchased directly from our website and were presented with a “Money-back Guarantee” option during checkout, you may be eligible for a voluntary refund provided you contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your first subscription period. The following conditions must be met:
- 1-week plan: Use of the app for more than 3 consecutive days and completion of at least 2 guides with lessons or at least 70% of available modules.
- 4-week plan: Use of the app for more than 7 consecutive days and completion of at least 4 guides with lessons or at least 80% of available modules.
- 12-week plan: Use of the app for more than 10 consecutive days and completion of at least 4 guides with lessons or at least 80% of available modules.
To verify these conditions, please provide screenshots from the app showing your progress. Once you contact us via the Support Center, we will review your request and notify you by email regarding your refund eligibility.
6.1 Important Statement
Only if all the above requirements are met will you be eligible for a complete voluntary refund under the Money-back Guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like the product or it did not meet your expectations) or financial reasons (e.g., unexpected charges or auto‐renewal).
You may still cancel your subscription without receiving a refund by contacting us via the Support Center.
6.2 Note for EU Residents
Consumers in the EEA or Switzerland have a legal right to withdraw from contracts for purchased services. However, for purchases of a single digital content item (e.g., a video or PDF), you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. For services provided continuously, such as subscriptions, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount that is proportional to the service provided prior to your withdrawal.
