Effective August 9, 2026. The AI Bookie is a Viral Worx service.

What we collect

When you subscribe, we store your normalized email address, confirmation and unsubscribe state, digest preferences, delivery history, and provider contact identifiers. We use one-way hashes for confirmation, preference, unsubscribe, and abuse-prevention tokens.

Why we use it

We use this information to confirm consent, deliver the Daily Edge Report you requested, enforce email quotas, prevent abuse, process unsubscribes, and diagnose delivery reliability.

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare hosts the application and database. Resend processes subscriber contacts and email delivery. We retain subscription records as needed to honor consent and suppress mail after an unsubscribe. We do not sell subscriber email addresses.

Cookies and local storage

The current public site does not set analytics, advertising, or preference cookies. The digest preference token is kept only in the page's memory while you edit; it is removed from the visible browser address after loading. If non-essential tracking is added later, this notice and consent controls must be updated before activation.
